Lead multi-account AWS and GCP architecture engagements for regulated clients. Own the technical design from discovery through production handoff. You'll also mentor 2–3 cloud engineers across pods.
Anchor our most technically demanding AI engagements — from RAG architectures to fine-tuning pipelines. You'll lead model evaluations, set safety standards across the practice, and write the post-mortems no one else wants to write.
Lead client engagements across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA readiness. Run threat modeling workshops, perform application pentests, and write findings that engineering teams actually want to act on.
Lead a pod of 4–6 data engineers across lakehouse, streaming, and warehouse engagements. You'll architect at the system level, run client relationships, and hold the line on data quality.
Lead design across 3–4 concurrent engagements. You'll own discovery, prototyping, and design system work for enterprise products that operators actually use 8 hours a day.
Yes, we hire junior — carefully. You'll pair daily with senior engineers, rotate through client engagements every 8–12 weeks, and own real production work from month one. AWS certs not required, curiosity is.
Build the infrastructure that ML teams run on — feature stores, model registries, eval pipelines. You've operated Kubernetes in anger and know why feature drift is a culture problem, not a tooling one.
